YOUR TRUSTED ADVISOR
When it comes to choosing a real estate agent to list your Montana real estate, it’s important to find someone you feel comfortable with, who’s responsive, trustworthy, and has knowledge of the local market. Providing you with a top-notch selling experience is a priority to me. I aim to keep your stress levels low and your profits high.
With access to the latest market data and an in-depth understanding of the local Montana market, I will provide you with a competitive listing price for your home and a marketing strategy to ensure maximum exposure. From home staging to professional property photos to marketing your property in a creative way to highlight the unique features, your home listing will receive the utmost attention to detail.
THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE
-
You want potential buyers to be able to picture themselves in your home. For that reason, it’s best to remove personal photos, declutter, simplify and stage the home so it will appeal to the most buyers.
-
Your property will be professionally photographed to highlight all of the features and rooms in the house. Then it’s time to list on the MLS and implement a strategic marketing plan.
-
Once listed, the home will be available for real estate agents and their qualified buyers to view.
-
All offers will be presented and reviewed with you, and I will help you negotiate all of the terms so you feel good about the agreement. Once an offer is accepted, it’s customary for a home inspection and appraisal to take place.
-
A day or so prior to closing, the buyers will do a final walk through of the house to ensure it’s in the same condition as when the contract was executed. Then it’s time to sign the closing documents, transfer (or turn off) your utilities, and hand the keys to the buyer. Congratulations!
